The Professional and Continuing Education Enrollment Services team provides personalized support for you and your learners and is our front-line point-of-contact for student support. They handle registration management through our registration system. They process course revenue transactions, and can create and issue program completion credentials.

ENROLLMENT AND HELP DESK SERVICES INCLUDE

Registration Management

They provide a variety of form setup options including customized set-ups, waivers and consent forms, automatic emails, and custom course surveys.

Student Support

osu_icon_handshake_01_2-100x100We provide high-touch, personalized customer service to prospective and current students by answering questions about courses, assisting with student registration and troubleshooting student access issues.

Money Handling

osu_icon_piggybank_01_1-100x100Money handling is an important part of revenue-generating course management. Enrollment Services manages incoming course revenue, credit card transactions and fees, and processes cancellations and refunds.

Completion Credentials

The Enrollment Services team can create and administer program certificates and digital badges, and can help you attain and renew CEU/PDU approvals with industry governing bodies.

HOW TO GET STARTED

All Professional and Continuing Education Projects go through an intake process with program manager review and approval. Please email us if you have questions about the initial intake process, please email us and our office at .
