Effective supply chain management is essential for success in virtually every industry. In a globalized marketplace, supply chains span across continents and affect every aspect of business. It makes sense, then, that demand for supply chain management in organizations continues to grow, and our Supply Chain Certificate gives you an excellent way to meet that demand.

When done well, an optimized supply chain enhances productivity and performance in the global marketplace with a strategic combination of people, systems and technology. This kind of high-level optimization requires additional training and education, as well as a meaningful credential to back up your hard work.

Oregon State University’s Supply Chain Certificate is a great way to build these credentials, exceed customer expectations and gain a competitive advantage over others in your industry. In our highly interactive online curriculum, you’ll learn to apply supply chain management practices in a variety of fields, including the service and manufacturing industries.

During the four courses of this certificate, you’ll learn from highly qualified instructors with extensive supply chain management experience and gain the tools and knowledge to:

  • Understand the multiple ways members of a supply chain are interconnected
  • Implement effective, efficient and customized supply chain design for your organization
  • Make data-driven decisions based on supply chain statistics
  • Improve communication with stakeholders and resolve conflict in your channels
  • Address key components of transportation in the context of operational management of complex supply chains

You can register for any of the four courses individually, or you can register for the complete certificate. If you are new to supply chain management, it is recommended that you take the courses sequentially.

  • Implement the most efficient and effective supply chain design for your organization
  • Make data-driven decisions based on supply chain statistics
