Offered in collaboration with Oregon State University's College of Business, our Business Administration Certificate offers working professionals essential exposure to business fundamentals. From management and human resources to marketing and finance, our four-course program will build on your existing skills and enable you to grow in your career.

Our certificate teaches you essential business practices and concepts, including human resources, finance, marketing, negotiation and more. After completing this program, you’ll have the tools needed to implement effective business strategies that address your individual and organizational goals.

With 14 years’ experience with Ritz-Carlton in the US and Germany, he got first-hand knowledge and understanding for the needs of internal and external customers. After leaving hotel operations, Christoph was able to use this knowledge to create a great learning experience for other employees and to show them ways to better engage customers and employees.
